Austenland treasure hunt, day 1

Here's the first clue for our Austenland Treasure Hunt:

Do you know which  Salt Lake Valley business has this lawn decor? There's an item from a neighboring business as well in the picture. The first person to go to the correct business and request the treasure gets it! Please post a picture of you with the item and let me know here or on twitter. I'll post more photo clues at noon if no one's figured it out by then. Let the hunt begin! Tallyho!

[UPDATE]: The King's English was the location of the first treasure. They informed me that someone was waiting the moment they opened this morning to claim the prize--a signed book. Prize winners, make sure you take a photo of yourself with the prize and post it someone online! At midnight I'll post the clue for the second treasure. Still up for grabs: a movie poster, bag, Pride & Prejudice DVD, and a genuine Austenland movie prop. While I'm hosting the hunt online, it was organized by others who remain coyly behind the scenes.
